With over two billion monthly active users, WhatsApp is the most used messaging app in the world. Telegram has 400 million users and Signal has 10 to 20 million users. The size of WhatsApp is clear from this figure itself. However, let's compare the features of these three apps.

        WhatsApp offers all the features you need. WhatsApp is made more popular by groups of up to 256 members, the ability to send messages to multiple contacts at the same time, and voice and video calls. WhatsApp can also make group calls with up to eight users. WhatsApp also offers a status feature similar to Instagram stories.

     WhatsApp allows you to share all kinds of files and documents. But there are file size limits to meet them. The limit is 16 MB for photos, videos and audio files. However, documents can be up to 100 MB.

      The Telegram app offers an incredible number of features. Similar to the WhatsApp app, it provides the basics like chats, group chats and channels. However, unlike the WhatsApp app's 256 member limit, Telegram supports groups of over 200,000 members. It also offers multiple group-based features such as bots, polls, quizzes, hashtags, and makes the group experience more fun.

The signal offers secure messaging, voice and video calls with end-to-end encryption. Signals can also be used to create groups, as in the WhatsApp and Telegram apps.
