Good evening guys, the world is in the afraid of the worse situation due to Covid 19. It is spreading fastly than we calculated. So all of the government advised us to stay home to avoid its spreading. Like you, I am also very much busy every day and get used to that type of lifestyle. We are engaging in so many programs like work, study, hobbies, driving etc. Now we got stuck in the home itself and getting bored. I am sharing you my ideas to escape from this type of boring. Here we go.....

1. Learn a new SKILL

New Skill



We always say that we don't have time to do anything. Now we have lot of time to do anything we want to do. So please use this time to study a new skill which will be a time going process and gives your mind a relaxation. Learning to play piano or guitar, Drawing sketches , studying cooking from online videos will help you in future also. Skills makes you more better YOU. Time is precious and will not come back. Skills can be created and will not left you in life

2 .List down your GOALS



We all guys are dreaming about our life and couldn't do anything for that. Some of them will forget their dreams in the busy life. Its time to do that man.... Take a paper and pen, sit and write down the dreams. Arrange it in the order of short term goals to long term goals. Then after this lock down period, take a look on this paper and work hard to achieve this goals one by one. This will be like a guide to your life.

3. Listen to good MUSIC

You know guys, music have the special ability to float our minds like boats in the sea. Music heals every sadness from the mind, helps you to relax and build confidence. It can also boost confidence in your attitude. Music helps you to avoid the boring time to a beautiful mood.There are lot of good music created by the music magicians. Put your airpods now and start experience the magical power of the music.

4. Habit of EXERCISE


I am strictly informs you that, whatever happens in life or world, don't skip your exercises. Exercise make you a healthy and powerful body and mind. If you want a athletic or gym body, you have to follow strictly the workout schedule. It will help you to escape from the lifestyle disease such as diabetics, cholesterol, heart problems etc. Exercise is need to being energetic and confident. Workout helps you to build confidence and a good body language.

5. CLEANING & ARRANGING 


We are all running all around in the busy schedule and staying in the home for nights only usually. Because of this, we didn't get the time to clean or arrange our house. Now its the time for that. Take your broom, clean the house. Arrange the properties as like you dreamed. It will be a new experience to you. You will get a refreshed mind after seeing your house after your arrangement.


6. Reading Books

Reading is the best method to gain knowledge. We can use this time for reading the good books which will boost our confidence, information, and academics too. We should give exercise not only to the body but also to the brain. Reading is the best exercise to the brain. Sit on couch and stay relaxed, read the books according to your tastes. Reading will help to jump over the time and increases your concentration.
